Juvo uses everyday mobile transactions to bring the world's underbanked population into the formal financial system. Juvo's Financial Identity as a Service (FiDaaS) platform analyzes mobile network data to build financial identities for the 68% of adults worldwide with no formal credit history. These alternative credit identities open a new world of financial opportunities for underbanked consumers.
Juvo partnered with IDEO.org to help them understand how best to enter the Caribbean market - a new region for them, establish product-market fit, and to gain internal skills in design thinking and human-centered design for future market-entry efforts.
